I took my shoes to Santana Creatives (Atlanta). Your shoes are checked in like they have a doctors appointment. This place works miracles and specializes in Louboutins. They have other locations and offer a shipping service if you do not have one locally. If you are in New York, The Leather Spa is highly recommended.

Most importantly, take your shoes to place that a specializes in fine leather repair, modification and restoration. Make sure they repair and maintain high-quality leather goods. The nice little place in the mall won't do.

You pay a lot of money for a pair of shoes and they look raggedy when you cross your legs, make no sense to me. I hate a shredded Loub bottoms. Unlike celebs & rich people I don't have a pair for everyday of the week. 

Louboutins are a statement piece, no matter when you got them, they will always be in style. If you have one pair or 50 pairs it is worth it to get professional pads put on the bottoms, asap!

Shops like Santana have access to replacement straps, heels and can color match scratches, etc.They work with the factory.The same goes for your high-end bags.
